Sleeping Rooms:

Sleeping rooms are to be clean and empty when you leave.  Do not leave belongings in the room or linens on the beds after check out. Also, collect your belongings from the bathrooms.  Turn off the lights and the air-conditioner in your sleeping room when you leave.  Electricity is costly; please help us lower our electric bill.

Drinks of any kind, other than water, are not permitted in any of the sleeping rooms. We all appreciate clean sleeping room areas.

Guest Charges:

A member must accompany all guests. All guest charges must be paid by a member and settled between you and your guest.  Any guest charges not paid before the guest leaves will be applied to the member’s house account.

Food:

Please consult your calendar for dining room and bar hours for the remainder of the summer.

Coolers, food and beverages are not permitted on the Club grounds, includes the boat docks .  Food and beverages not provided by the Club are not to be consumed on your boat while it is tied up to the dock or anchored within 100 feet of the swim area.

For safety purposes, glass bottles and any other type of glass may not be brought into the pool area. Plastic cups are available in the Bar.

If plastic or metal pitchers are taken to the pool or beach, they must be returned to the clubhouse.

Housekeeping:

Let us all remember the Alpine is our Club, and not picking up after oneself is a reflection of how we care about it.  As members we need to respect our Club, its furnishings and amenities as well as each other. When a wonderful day has been spent enjoying the sunshine and amenities of our Club, we need to throw away emptied disposable containers and any litter you may have accumulated in the proper receptacles provided.

Umbrellas are provided for your convenience at the tables by the pool.  If you open an umbrella for shade you should close it when you leave the pool area, just like you would close your patio umbrella at home.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the Clubhouse.

Boating:

Only Club members may use the club property for boating. Club property includes the boat ramp, boat pier, gas pump and dock, beach and club grounds. Boating includes any size boat as well as personal watercraft such as wave runners and jet skis. Guests may not bring any water sport vehicle on Club property, even if accompanied by a member.

When you have a guest.

We gladly welcome all guests, but please remember that they must be accompanied by a member at all times. Please also check their sleeping rooms to make sure everything is how it should be - everything is out by checkout at 1pm, trash is outside the room, lights and AC are turned off.
